Over the Hump! 13.2 pounds in 36 days and many miles!

Saturday, August 25, 2012 Post Image Ever stick with something, but no get the result you wanted? Disappointed? Well, that seems to be the pattern with losing weight for me. I will turn my wheels, stay focus but maybe I'm not patient enough? That was me in August. I continued my workout plan and tracked my WW pts to a T! I was disappointed that the pounds didn't come off sooner. I would get up at 5am in morning to workout, finish laundry, prepare childrens' breakfasts, lunch and plan ahead for dinner. (All very healthy, not processed foods. ) Quickly get ready for work and run out the door, literally! Is it worth it? YES! 3 weeks later, I have seen the results! On the scale, on the pavement and yes, my attitude! ********* Made my 5% and 13.5 LB gone away!!!!******* So fellow, WW peeps keep on doing the right things and eventually it will pay off! Slow and steady NOT fast freddy! Stay tuned I'm going to post my 15k Hot Chocolate Chicago plan!!
